InCyte ConsultinG PTY LTD

Incyte Consulting was established on 1 October 2007 to provide specialist advice on telecommunications policy, regulation and strategy. With offices in the UK and Australia, and a worldwide network of associates, Incyte can serve your needs in telecoms regulation both locally and globally.

Our two Directors, Jim Holmes and David Rogerson, together have over 50 years of telecoms regulatory experience at senior level within the industry. From 2005 to 2007 they jointly managed Ovum’s Global Telecommunications Policy & Regulation Practice, responsible for an annual turnover in excess of $5m.

At Incyte Consulting we specialise in making cutting-edge international expertise available to less developed countries, as well as in developed economies. Already we have supported regulators and operators in Kiribati , Mozambique , Tanzania , Suriname and Montenegro.

Many of our Associate Consultants also have experience in the particular challenges facing developing countries. However, we are equally passionate about retaining thought leadership in the development of telecoms regulation, through continued work with the leading regulatory authorities and operators in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Our principal areas of expertise comprise: Regulatory Policy and Frameworks, Universal Service, Numbering and Number Portability, Interconnection and Access, Cost Modelling, Next Generation Networks, Convergence, Retail Pricing, and Technology Strategy.
